Class 3 have been learning what makes up a healthy diet, they have been looking at the Carbohydrates, Fats, Vitamins and Proteins found in food and why they are needed in a balanced diet. They all chose recipes and the 2 with the best nutritious content were chosen to cook and be enjoyed by the whole class.
The winning dishes were a Bolognaise pasta bake and a fresh Greek salad, they all look to have thoroughly enjoyed the finished products...
