Matt Neville

I’m over-the-moon to have the opportunity to join Brixham C of E Primary School and move my family to this beautiful area of the world. Since arriving, everyone has been so welcoming, showing me how close and supportive this community is.

I have been teaching for the last 16 years, working across the whole primary age range, from EYFS to Year 6. Currently, I am teaching in Year 6, and love that I get to stay working with the same children again this year as last. I can’t wait to teach the topics in this year, like World War II in History and Darwin and this theory of evolution in Science, for example. As well as teaching in Year 6, I will be responsible for leading Key Stage 2.

 

Outside of school, I love my sports. I’m a big football and rugby fan and can be found at various live matches as often as possible with my family and friends. You’ll also find me at the front of the queue at the comic book shop each time a new Batman story is released!
